Why did you come to coaching?: I sought business coaching as I was in a period of limbo in my organisation. I felt that I needed help to sum up my feelings about my existing role, where it was going and perhaps if a decision needed to be made to change my path in the future.
What's changed for you due to your coaching experience?: As a result of my coaching, I feel more confident in my skills/abilities and I feel more confident about my decision making and also my approach to personal work related issues with my managers. I found it easier to raise topics which were on my mind and bothering me, without feeling like I was “moaning” or just being annoying. This change in mindset allowed me to discuss my grievances openly and eventually settle these topics very positively.

How did your team coaching experience with Eimear benefit your team?

Eimear’s coaching provided our team the space to discuss the big picture and emotions that enhanced our collaboration even more. How did your team coaching experience with Eimear benefit your team?

As part of Trinity MBA projects, we had our team coached by Eimear. Working with her helped our group improve the team dynamics and created lasting relationships between five different nationalities. Eimear has a unique approach to coaching, focusing on engaging all the members. Her adaptability in setting session objectives based on the team's needs strengthened our project goals. Over the 5 sessions, our group was guided to appreciate each other's strengths and differences, which ultimately led to the improvement in our project scores.

The best part I loved was getting to know all of the members. Eimear included innovative 'check in' and ' check out' interventions at the beginning and end of our sessions together.
